Shipping policy

 

Standard National Delivery orders are shipped across mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Islands & Highlands, Isle of Wight, Guernsey.

National Delivery orders over 2kg (including packaging) will be sent via Parcelforce Courier, and parcels under 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail. Our Parcelforce deliveries go out with 48-hour delivery, excluding weekends. Delivery can take up to 7 working days.

To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order will need to be placed before 12 pm, to allow for processing time. Orders made after this time will be sent the following working day where possible. We always strive to offer the best service possible, however, we cannot guarantee all orders made before 12 pm will be able to be dispatched that day.
