Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders of £75 or More:

As part of our mission to make healthy choices easier we offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders of £75 or more (after any order discounts have been applied, with some exclusions as outlined below:

- Orders weighing more than 20kg will be charged a shipping supplement of £6.99 (our current Parcelforce rate).

- Orders which need to be split between two parcels (for example, multiple large bags of dog food) will qualify for the first parcel to be shipped Free of Charge, and every supplemental parcel will be charged at our current Parcelforce rate of £6.99.

In the rare event that shipping is incorrectly calculated at checkout we will reach out to you on the email address that you have provided at the time of placing your order to explain the situation and give you an opportunity to pay any supplemental shipping costs prior to your order being dispatched.

Shipping Options:

At Oh Doggy, we offer several shipping options to accommodate your needs.

  • Royal Mail Second Class (Non-tracked Service): 

    This is a no rush, non-tracked service through Royal Mail. You will receive a proof of shipment number with your shipment confirmation email. Please note: This number can NOT be used to track your parcel, and the information accessible with it will not update until delivery has been attempted.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked Service): 

    This is a tracked service, and you will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email. Parcels sent using this service can be tracked here.

  • Parcelforce 48 (Tracked Service): 

    This is a tracked service, and you will receive a tracking number with your shipment confirmation email. Parcels sent using this service can be tracked here.

Delivery Times:

Outlined below are the Delivery Aims for our offered delivery services. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (for tracked services. If no tracked service has been selected you will receive a proof of shipment number, as mentioned above).

  • Royal Mail Second Class (Non-tracked Service): 

    Delivery aim for this service is 3 - 5 business days.

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Tracked Service): 

    The delivery aim for this service is 2 - 3 business days.

  • Parcelforce 48 (Tracked Service):

    The delivery aim for this service is 2 business days.

Order Tracking:

If you have selected to have your order shipped with either Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Parcelforce 48, you can keep track of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.

Please note: If you have chosen to have your order shipped with Royal Mail Second Class you will be unable to track this order. In the event that your items do not arrive within the expected delivery window, please allow 10 business days from the expected delivery date for your item to be delivered. If it has not arrived within this timeframe then please reach out to us and we will make enquiries with Royal Mail on your behalf.
