  • Sign Up: We’ll give you 50 Doggy Bones as a thank you for signing up for a Loyalty Account.
  • Purchases: Earn 5 Doggy Bones for every £1 spent on any product in our store or online.

How to Redeem Points

Redeeming your hard-earned points is easy and can be done in just a few steps:

  1. Log In: Access your account on our website.
  2. Check Your Balance: View your Doggy Bones balance to see how many you have available and click on “Ways to Redeem”.
  3. Choose How Many Doggy Bones to Redeem: Use the slider to choose how many Doggy Bones that you would like to redeem. Every 100 Doggy Bones = £1 in savings and you will receive a discount code to the value of your redeemed Doggy Bones.
  4. Apply Your Doggy Bones: At checkout, apply your discount code to your purchase. Enjoy your savings and the special rewards you’ve earned!
